Customer shall activate the warranty by filling up the registration form in our website.
Invoice number is essential in the warranty registration to trigger the warranty period.
WARRANTY PERIOD
All purchases from TVBox2U are entitle for 6 months warranty.
All product from brand XiaoMi, Zidoo, Minix, Unblock Tech, EVpad, Lingcod are entitle for 1 year warranty.
We will send the warranty item to manufacturer for repair.
To & Flo repair process from manufacturer will take about 45-60days.
EXCHANGE
Tvbox2u accept 1 to 1 change within 90days.
Exchanges are only valid for manufacturer’s defect.
Postage fees is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.
All items must be returned in original condition, with all parts and accessories. The management of TVBox2U.com deserve the right to reject the return items if any human made defects found.
Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.
Upon returning your item to us, please provide following information to us:-
1) Your Name ( As per invoice )
2) Invoice Number / Order ID
3) Reason for return
We will not entertain exchnages if information provided is not complete or invalid.
